Brian T. Windham, P.E. - Austin
Brian T. Windham joined Platt, Sparks & Associates in 2002. He was promoted to consulting engineer in 2003. Mr. Windham's responsibilities include reservoir engineering studies, reserve determination, economic analysis, log analysis and operational investigations. He is also experienced with evaluation of gas storage prospects and preparation of Texas Railroad Commission regulatory applications. Prior to joining Platt, Sparks & Associates, Mr. Windham worked as a petroleum engineer for Unocal where he held several positions. As a reservoir engineer, he gained experience with field development studies, workover evaluations, economic analyses, and reserve calculations. He also worked as a production engineer and was responsible for design modifications and installation of gas gathering and compression facilities, recommendations for artificial lift installations, and on-site supervision of well operations. In addition, he worked as a Drilling Engineer where he provided field supervision and on-site engineering support to onshore and offshore drilling, completion, and rig workover operations throughout the Gulf of Mexico region. Mr. Windham worked for Platt, Sparks & Associates as an Engineering Assistant while pursuing his Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and an active member in the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
